All KPIs exceeded during first 12 months

Drive has completed a year as social media agency for NGK Spark Plugs – the world’s number one ignition parts manufacturer – delivering a 2220% increase in year-on-year engagement for the company’s Facebook channel.

The incredible increase on previous levels was one of a series of headline gains, as all KPIs were exceeded in our first 12 months in charge of the account. This includes an increase in followers of 13.3% (to more than 46,000) while annual reach increased by 953%.

As a result of our instant impact on NGK’s UK Facebook page analytics, we were also appointed to manage the Instagram and LinkedIn pages in April 2021. On each channel, we have surpassed the 12-month KPI targets within 9 months of taking control, while balancing multiple target audiences including automotive aftermarket professionals and NGK’s dedicated motorsport fans.
